LCC Women

Child of God

UNIQUE

Women’s Ministry is a place where you are valued as a unique child of God, encouraged toward greater intimacy with Jesus, and challenged to explore your purpose in the body of Christ.

Our mission is to love, encourage, and lead women in deepening their relationship with Jesus by connecting with each other and studying the Word of God together.

We are a community of women seeking to find our spiritual niche in this world and believe it is best accomplished together. In Women’s Ministries, we want every woman, whether through a Bible Study, retreat, or small group, to find a place to connect and grow in Christ.

OUR MISSION

EVENTS & STUDIES

Our events are designed to equip women further as Christ-followers by addressing the issues women face. Inspirational speakers and great food are the norms, and you will come away blessed. Our Bible studies offer this setting.

We typically have quarterly women’s events, mom & child play groups during the summer, and numerous other events scattered throughout the year to maintain and grow relationships with other women.

women’s Book Club

women’s CLOTHING SWAP

Are you looking to clean our your closet? This is the perfect opportunity - clean out your closet and bring all those treasures to the Free Women’s Clothing Swap. You can shop other people’s treasures too and leave with a whole new wardrobe!

Women’s day retreat

Ladies - do you need a day to reset, to breathe?
The BIG event {Being in God} is a one day retreat here at LCC on May 2.
The day will begin at 8:30am with a morning devotion. After that there will be a few different options for things to do. Want to be outside? We’ll hike at Bear’s Den and then grab lunch at More Better. Want to just meet us for lunch and skip the hike? No problem!
Need a creative outlet? Our very own Abbey Ryan will be teaching a painting class at the church.
The sanctuary will also be open all day for prayer.
Feel free to come to what you want or skip what you want. We will meet back together at 6pm at the church for a catered dinner, a time of worship and a speaker. Registration is coming soon!
