Women’s Ministry is a place where you are valued as a unique child of God, encouraged toward greater intimacy with Jesus, and challenged to explore your purpose in the body of Christ.
Our mission is to love, encourage, and lead women in deepening their relationship with Jesus by connecting with each other and studying the Word of God together.
We are a community of women seeking to find our spiritual niche in this world and believe it is best accomplished together. In Women’s Ministries, we want every woman, whether through a Bible Study, retreat, or small group, to find a place to connect and grow in Christ.
OUR MISSION
EVENTS & STUDIES
Our events are designed to equip women further as Christ-followers by addressing the issues women face. Inspirational speakers and great food are the norms, and you will come away blessed. Our Bible studies offer this setting.
We typically have quarterly women’s events, mom & child play groups during the summer, and numerous other events scattered throughout the year to maintain and grow relationships with other women.
WEDNESDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY
Wednesdays at 10am beginning January 31st in the Great Room
It’s hard to know a God we don’t understand, and it’s hard to love a God we don’t know. But our God wants to be known and loved, and He’s told us a lot about Himself in the pages of His Word.
Join Tara-Leigh Cobble in this 7-session study as she breaks down the intimidating doctrine of the Trinity. You’ll discover a beautiful, foundational view of our Triune God that will transform how you relate to Him. Understanding God’s three-in-oneness and each of the Persons of God individually—Father, Son, and Spirit—will lead you to deeper intimacy with God and greater joy in knowing Him!
The book is $20 and can be paid when you register
As Women of the Word, let’s begin this new year with Scripture and fellowship!
Starting January 3rd, Every Wednesday evening from 6:30-8:15 pm in the Great Room, women will gather to discuss the book of Timothy!
In conjunction with LCC Reads, this study will be in the New Testament book that our church is reading together. Our Study will be an opportunity for asking questions and diving deep into comprehension, discovery and conversation.
Wednesday EVENING Bible Study
Friday, April 12th at 7PM in the Worship Center
There are many reasons to gather together in worship and prayer. We wanted to create an opportunity for a community of women to come together in one voice and one spirit to lift up the name of Jesus with other women in Leesburg and Loudoun County.
This Night of Worship is for women from any denomination to be united together! There is power in unity and power in worship and prayer.
